As lot of us know, police officers are known for watching out for the safety of their fellow officers even if they work for an area outside of their jurisdiction since they are like a family to one another.
In March of this year a suspect who stole a jeep from another auto owner was chased by a Ramsey County deputy and another police officer after the car thief was seen at a gasoline station in Arden Hills.
The alleged suspect Oscar Delacruz fled the scene by driving the stolen auto at speeds up to 100 miles per hour by driving on a highway before he got off an exit ramp from the highway 10, ran a red light and crashed into a squad car that was driven by a Ramsey County deputy at a high rate of speed.
Ramsey County Deputy Eddicus and New Brighton Officer Kostohryz came to assist the stricken deputy who suffered severe injuries in the crash by running toward the squad car that was on fire and ready to explode soon.
Both police officers used their rescue skills to get the injured deputy out of the auto by getting him out of harm's way before the auto went up in flames.
The deputy who was injured in the auto accident is recovering from the injuries suffered in the accident but I am not sure if he going to be able to return to work anytime soon.
As of the fate of the alleged criminal Oscar Delacruz, he will be likely staying behind bars for a very long time since the charges against him will likely keep him away from society for many years to come since harming a police officer is a very serious crime.
The good thing is that the hero police officers along with the paramedics worked as a team to save the life of their own during a terrible and ugly auto accident in March now that the video is going viral.

I agree with you since the deputy was pretty close to passing away had the two police officers had not rescued him.

It is to their great credit and how brave these officers were to save the deputy like that.
That is some damage that Oscar did and yes he most likely will be behind bars a good long while.

That is true that police officers are like a family in their work watching out for each other which is the public may or may not know about.

I know what you mean since the deputy who was injured in the auto accident is lucky to be alive.
