My very own cabbage salad

This is my own concoction. You just grate the cabbage marinate it in salt, squeeze out the liquid after about half an hour and mix it with curds to which a bit of sugar, salt and mustard paste is added. Chopped green chilis, chopped corriander leaves with onion rings gives it a nice finish.
Any recipe you have created yourself?

Lots of things I have made up but none come to mind at this time. I tend to reuse a lot of food. Yours sounds delicious.

That sounds delicious. I generally steam it a bit. Don't trust eating a raw cabbage unless I have grown it in my own garden. We call it cabbage raita.
