A kind person assists a family who was a victim of a scam artist

My feeling about what happened to the Cuevas family who are migrants from either Mexico or another Spanish speaking nation in Latin America is that the mom of the family Angelica Cuevas was a victim of a scam artist who promised the Cuevas family a home that could afford to live in the Modesto California area. Not to second guess Angelica but I guess she did not know that scam artists promise their victims the world and then when they take the savings of her family that she and her family worked hard for, the victims are feeling shamed that they made an error in judgement. Thanks to the plea of Angelica to a local television station in the Modesto market last month, a friendly stranger named Dave Pechan decided to assist the victims of the scammer by making a cash gift to the Cuevas family when they met at a ranch in San Joaquin Valley since Dave was impressed with the hard work that the Cuevas family have done while living in their new home here. Thanks to Dave, the Cuevas family have regained the money lost that was going to pay the rent and utilities. The police in Tarlock California have mentioned that the scam artist uses social media to steal money from his victims. Karma is going to get that crook soon since no one of us ever can commit a perfect crime before our life ends.
