Thursday walking exercise

How's your walking routine? Do you still observe your walking schedule?
I got an excellent walk today as I started past 6 in the morning.
Here's the summary of my walking exercise as recorded by my Samsung health app in my phone:
- 15,566 steps
- 540.71 calories burned
I'm not able to keep you updated lately for I'm busy. Now I'm back doing my walking routine.

@Nakitakona I try, but I play pickle ball and tennis more.

Take your time to walk. 20 to 30 minutes are good enough.
