Jalebi Fafda the famous dish of Surat to be eaten today on Dussehra!!!

Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. As you know Surat is known for its yummy food. Today on the festival day of Dussehra, people over here enjoy eating Fafda and Jalebi as a snack. Fafda is an Indian snack made from Besan i.e Gram Flour. The batter is made with turmeric, salt and water. It also contains baking soda in it. It's made by hands and on a vertical board, it's made like long sticks and then derp fried in oil. It tastes very yummy and it's eaten with "Sambharyu" i.e. pumpkin zest. Jalebis are indian traditional dessert made in pure ghee. It's fried and then dipped in sugary syrup.
