They say they are afraid to speak or print against Duterte, but...

I saw this in a mainstream online news portal earlier. The title is "Only 2 of 5 Filipinos believe they Can Speak Freely vs Duterte" But in the 9th Paragraph, it says "The survey also found that 42 percent of Filipinos agree with the statement “I can say anything I want, openly and without fear, even if it is against President Duterte.” Twenty-two percent disagree, and 28 percent are undecided." This is not the first time I saw this kind of reporting in the Philippine news media. The title gives emphasis on one-half of the story only. And the readers react to the title alone without reading more than half of the article. In my observation though, Duterte had always been the heated subject of the mainstream media. I read a lot of articles against him and his administration. If that is not Press Freedom, then what is? Sure Duterte would threaten them. People believed he orchestrated the closure of ABS-CBN and the lawsuit against the Rappler Editor. But the ABS-CBN news is still broadcasting thru Cable and the Internet. Rappler was not shut down.
MANILA, Philippines — Almost half of Filipinos find it “dangerous” to publicize anything critical of President Rodrigo Duterte’s administration, and only two of five believe they can speak

This news shows Duterte is a democratic leader, people can discuss him, even in the way"fear to speak freely vs Duterte" You won't see any news like this in the true autocratic country, such as"Most of North Koreans fear to speak freely vs Kim","Chinese fear to speak freely vs Mao".In North Korea and Cathay, you even haven't the chance to post this news.If you're lucky to post this news,Gestapo will arrest you and delete all of your social accounts.Your families will be political pariahs. Do you have the lawyers or free media to speak your voice against the persecution of Gestapo? No,you don't.No lawyar or media dares to defend for you.If they dare, they're also will be arrested by Gestapo.Surely, they will lose the jobs for their brave to defend the dissident who against the autocratic government. Comparing with the real despot Kim and Mao,Duterte is a very democratic and benevolent leader.Meantime,i heard Duterte exit from the president election. It's unimaginable to a despot. The real despot will revise the constitution to make sure he can keep the power forever.Like Erdogan and Taliban's leader.
