I registered but the ID is not delivered yet. Just went to registration "office" (held in school) with my SSS ID. The staffs will fill up the form online and have you review it and get your finger prints and biometric (eye). They will give you a piece of paper with QR to be presented later when they deliver the ID at the address you gave them. Simple as that.

Children accompanied by their parents can apply for identity cards. They can apply for identity cards independently when they are over 16 years old. Identity cards have a 5-year period, a 10-year period, and a 20-year period. Older people are generally long-term.
