It is lovely experience to see the black pepper in green form in the trees.

In Phulbani and Daringbari the black pepper plantations are adjacent to the coffee plantations and spice gardens. In the raw form the black pepper looks green. Later on after plucked and processed it turns into the black form in which it is used. Many people use it in powder form in the food items. The smell of the black pepper is also awesome.

thanks Rashnaji yes they ripen to become black in colour. But the smell comes at this stage also
