Mental health expert have expressed concern over rise in number of patients of insomnia,anxiety,and depression.I am doing following non digital activities for myself
- Keeping my cell phone away before going to sleep.
- Gardening.
-Writing for forum and blogs.
- One hour aerobic exercise.
- Reading books on Mythology.
