Harvesting Bitter Gourd

I have harvested bitter gourd today from my mom garden. It was not long or big enough. But since one bitter gourd is already ripe. So I decided to harvest them all. The garden is small so only harvested 5 bitter gourd. Size is medium size. This is one of my favorite breakfast, Bitter gourd with scramble egg in the morning. you guys do gardening? How is your gardening doin?

I like this bittergourd. You can saute with eggs to reduce its bitterness

Your bitter gourds grow so well I know it is quite a healthy vegetable, but I don't like it since it tastes bitter.
