Cauliflowers are grown in Phulbani in terraces.

In Orissa a large part of the lands are situated in the hills. Phulbani is one of such hills which have huge vegetation. The cauliflowers and cabbage plantations are done in terraces. The terraces are created in the hills so that during rains the water do not wash out the soil.. The soil is fertile so the crops grow very well over here.

That's really nice. Cauliflowers are nice to look at. And cabbage too, plus these veggies can be consumed and good for health.
