Have You Created A Hotspot Using An App?!

I just learned another way to create a hotspot to share my phone's internet with my laptop. By using an app. The app gave me instructions and now the hotspot icon is on my computer! And I named it peaches! Yesterday the computer ran like a snail. But today the internet's much faster on my computer! Have you created a hotspot using an app?

No, I don't need to. I don't subscribe to mobile hotspot service through my provider. I have their wi-fi, though. So, I can connect wherever they have a hot spot.

@db20747 Not a problem. Most providers require the add-on anyway.

I use my mobile's hotspot but I didn't know about the app. You have selected a nice name.

I don't use an app. I just turn on the hotspot icon and then I can share my internet connection to another phone or computer. I often did it when we had a travel before. Since at that time I just needed to buy a foreign sim card so that I could use the connection. And then I shared it with my family. It was very convenient.
