Does full body spa heal pains in the body?

Many travellers after a long travel program take full body spa in different spa parlours. I am not sure whether this therapy heal pains in the body. It is because in some therapy oil is applied in other cases it is not applied. Those who used the therapy must be able to say.

I have only had these treatments when I was attending beauty school.
Yes they work for pain.
But also the steam room works very well.

thanks Ocean yes you are right. In many resorts in India I found people taking steam sessions. But I suppose steam is used for reducing weight. I may be wrong
