Florida state trooper saves the life of a toddler who was choking on a freeway

Florida State Highway Officer Mathieu answered an emergency call from a concerned motorist who was on the side of Interstate 95 in Miami nine days ago where a one year old girl was out like a light and not breathing after she choked on some food while riding inside of her parents auto. Officer Mathieu who has been trained in first aid and life saving techniques used a series of back blows on the back of the unconscious young one year old girl who regained consciousness quickly. The parents of the one year old girl whose name was not released to the public are grateful that Officer Mathieu was their guardian angel on that Saturday afternoon in Miami.
