I also can not eat or drink anything with soy. So I can understand your feeling, I also not so tolerate with lactose, some milk not friend with my stomach

@Vree0937 ready ones I would say. I also take lactose free milk but not regularly. And yes both the almond and lactose free milk are expensive but I have no choice since I'm lactose intolerant

@Nawsheen If you make your own almond milk, will that less expensive? Or you can try eat A2 milk. Usually A1 milk is the problem ones

Yes, I still drink milk. It has good vitamins and mineral in it and good to keep your bones healthy. Glad you enjoy the Nestle milk.

So many become lactose tolerance at most milk has A1. Maybe you can find A2 Milk ?

I like drinking milk. I have always drank a lot of milk since I was a kid. I'm at a point to where now I just drink an entire gallon at a time without it bothering me.
