My Cat is so noisy

I have an 8 month old Cat that is so noisy especially during midnight. He keeps on banging his head on the door for no reason and I don't know what else to do. I gave him food or treats. Is that normal?

I am not a cat person but many mylotters here are. They can give you suggestions. But I think that it is not normal..He might get hurt.

Maybe he wants to go out or in depending on wether he is inside or outside the door.

It sounds like he has you trained. He needs to be ignored to get him to stop it. You gave a reward when you fed him
