Sadistic heads of private companies in India

Some heads of private companies in India are out and out to cheat their employees in the garb of team spirit. With the pandemic rising in some of the metropolitan cities they still want their employees to come to the office to create a team spirit which is just a farce. This is a tool to put employees into trouble and there by cheating them of their dues by reducing their ratings which they are finding it hard to do when the employees are working remotely. They don't understand that employees may lose their lives in this pandemic. For their own vested interest they have lost the sense of humanity.

And there is no need for that..absolutely no need for people to come in there.
I am sorry they are doing this.
Yes it seems all over, people have become more power hungry.

There is no need in today's society for employers to treat their employees that way. As long as they are doing their jobs and keeping up productivity, team spirit is there whether they are working from home or not.
And, I have to say that when my son went into the workforce here in the States (years before the pandemic), he found managers of Indian descent to be the most difficult to tolerate. He asked me if I thought it might have something to do with the caste system in India since all of the managers in question were immigrants to the United States. Your post makes me wonder if maybe my son had a point.

This is just their trick to create some problems in the office and then give them bad ratings against which they can stop the employees increments and show the company that they are saving in their balance sheet. This is also appreciated by the companies whether Indian or US or UK based.

Work from home is a better option. Team spirit in an unhealthy environment may be a bit tough.
