Just hours after officiating the Tennessee Titan- Kansas City Chiefs, Carl Madsen passed away. The cause of death has not been released yet. He was an Air Force Vet and was a part of the ref team for over twenty years. According to pop culture, Madsen was on his was home when he had a medical issue. The police and fire department were called to the scene. Madsen passed in the local hospital.
