Who Wears Short Shorts!!!??

Now I'm not one to complain, but not according to many who know me, about short shorts. But in public in the city, this just ain't right! Maybe on the beach , but not for everyday wear. I see this quite often in the summer. And I knew the day was coming!! This is a ticket from the fashion police!! What do you think?

This not fashion. I do wear shorts in summer but they are not this short and i wear them with long oversized t-shirts. This looks disgusting.
