Spending time at the horse racing

Not many of you will know, but I spend a lot of time working at racecourses all over England. I occasionally venture into Scotland and Wales. Do you like horse racing? Do you like sports or spending time at sporting events? Much of the day is about betting on which horse you think will win the races, though tracks are doing lots to draw people in by offering free days, children activities and even music concerts after racing to introduce new people to the races. It is a shame that footfall is decreasing, but with lots of initiatives to keep the punters coming back it will always be a popular sport, at least in my lifetime.
