A strange encounter with an alligator

A very strange story that comes from Mobile Alabama where an alligator was seen coming out of a storm drain recently. Talk about bad timing since when the alligator came out of the storm drain, a school bus had dropped off students who had come home from school. The fear from the persons who were in the area was the alligator would come toward the children and harm them for being in the path of the alligator. However the alligator who was 50 feet away from the children stay away from the children as the four to five alligator crawled on the grass toward the bushes near an apartment complex when members of the Game And Wildlife officials managed to take the alligator away from the neighborhood and release into the wild. Talk about the children who got off the school bus to go home as being lucky that the alligator did not come near them.
