I completed my today's walking routine. It's a better walk. I walked 16,539 steps (morning & afternoon walk combined) for 11.59 kilometers with 574.51 calories burned as recorded in my health app. Tonight weather here is 27°C. It feels like 31°C. It's mostly cloudy. 40% chance of precipitation tomorrow. There's an isolated thunderstorm. How's your walking fellas?

I don't take so many steps a day but I know I should.

Steps actually don't matter. It's the discipline to walk regularly that counts so much to make one's body active.

I walk from 45 minutes to an hour. I don’t know how many steps that is. How many miles do you walk. I walk about two miles.

That is quite much for a walk. In our place only diabetics take such rigor.

Why only them? Walking is good for everybody. What about you? Are you not doing it regularly?
