Smelled so good!

One of my greatest childhood memories is of my grandfather raking up the leaves in the fall and after my sister and I would finish playing in them he would take them little by little and put them in a small, old can and burn them. So it was safe that way!
It smelled so good!
I loved it.
However by the time I became an adult the state I live in declared it to be illegal to do that.
because not everyone would do it safely!
There has always got to be a few in every bunch to spoil the fun!

Doesn't sound safe but playing in the leaves used to be for me. Which disgusts me now lol

@dfollin Nope. Never did the leaf thing. Mainly because I never remember having a pile of leaves in our yard.

I have never been to Montana, but would love to visit in warmer weather.
