During the night, Henry Ruggs the third was released from the Las Vegas Raiders.
Ruggs was involved in a car accident that resulted in the death of a woman. The Toyota that they rear ended at high speed, burst into flame causing the death of the driver and her dog.
The 22 year old went to the hospital with his girlfriend and was released from there straight to jail.
When authorities arrived on the scene, Ruggs showed signs of impairment.
While his lawyer said to please wait for the investigation, the Raiders felt that they needed to act immediately.
Probation is not an option if Ruggs in fact is convicted of a DUI causing Death, the sentence could fall between two to twenty years in state prison.
It's a sad day for the victim and for Ruggs as a person.
Being let go by the Raiders, they've already said he won't be picked up by another team this year.
Prayers for all involved.

That's a sad incident and a terrible news. It's unfortunate and would be a setback for him and his fans. But then all should be treated fairly in legal matters.

I think that's what the NFL is aiming for but the preferred treatment still goes around
