Tammi Stevens Ormes who is the grandmother of a young boy whose name and age were not revealed is grateful that Fort Mitchell Kentucky city employees answered her call for help to rescue a lemur stuffed animal that the child accidently threw into a sewer on Thursday morning.
Two Fort Mitchell city employees whose names were not mention came quickly to the area of the incident after Tammi left a message on the tape recorder of the city to report the accident.
The two city employees were able to get the stuffed animal out of the sewer and return the toy to the child.
The child and his grandmother are grateful for the kind work the city employees did for her grandson who will like be more careful playing with his stuffed animal in the future when he is near a sewer in the future..
