Some good shopping deals found

How's your week going? I have been *trying* to be more frugal as of late, but I haven't done a spectacular job at it, especially with this discount store down the block being on my radar every week now where I find deals. I also got a few Bath & Body Works coupons in the mail so I decided to go to the mall and buy a few Christmas gifts. I am ALMOST done Christmas shopping which is awesome.
In total, I spent $80 - the better deals were gotten at the discount store (below)
*Amazing smelling guava/passionfruit candle - $1.99
*CALM magnesium flavored drink mix - $2.99 (normally 14.99!)
*Garnier Fructis shampoo - $.99 cents (normal price $3.50-$4 I believe)
*ARC teeth whitening gel - $1.99 (originally $8 at Target)
*Small bottle of Jojoba oil - .99 cents
*2 foot masks - $1.99 each
*1 small bottle of body scrub - .99 cents
*1 "Keranique" hair growth kit - a treatment, shampoo and conditioner, hair spray (I am only going to use the shampoo & conditioner...$14.99, original price supposedly $48)
*XL workout pants with pockets! $6.00
-8 PRODUCTS from Bath & Body Works for $46.00 after discounts. Really not THAT great of a price - I would never pay full price for their items. At least 50% of these are for Christmas gifts so there's that. What a fun experience though!
I always seem to have more fun BUYING/SHOPPING than I do once I have the items at home...But at least half of these are for others, not myself, so that's good!
Now, I need to NOT shop for a while and focus on paying off the debt....

Oh that's good you stayed under $100 for all of that. And are almost done with your Christmas shopping.
We use garnier too, and have maybe half our Christmas shopping done. But we buy for sooo many.

Some deals are just too good to pass up. I got one of the wood wick candles for 10.50 which was half price at Yankee candles, a half priced long tunic top, and that is about it really. The other stuff was reasonably priced but not on sale.

@maezee I think it burns nice. This one was half priced and was only 10.50. This was a Yankee Candle Outlet though.

Oh, Yankee candles are top-shelf candles! Do you like the way they burn? Honestly I have never bought a Yankee candle because I never have seen one for cheaper / on sale and can't spend $30 on a candle. But that's one type of purchase that I think quality matters
