How often do you say "I love myself". Sometimes, we're so hard on ourselves for mistakes we have done in the past.
Do we truly love ourselves? What do you do to truly love yourself?
Take note that loving yourself is different from being boastful about yourself.
For me, I know I love myself, by taking care of my mental, physical and spiritual health.always.
Some people, hate themselves and tend to stay away from people,
When you truly love yourself, you can also love others as well, because genuine love begins by loving yourself first.
Your thoughts?

You're not wrong. By taking care of myself, it shows in my interactions with those around me.

@kaylachan Yes, if you don't love yourself, who will?

I remember when my depression was at it's worst, I kept being reminded how you feel about yourself, is how others will precieve you. The hardest mind to change, yours. @Jenaisle

My self help coaches have advised to have a positive view of myself but at the same time remain modest.

I completely agree that loving ourselves is something important. I always try to do it for myself everyday. I often reminding me that I the only person that is responsible for anything that happened to myself is me.
Sometimes it is very hard actually to love yourself wholeheartedly when you have those high expectations for yourself and the fact that you are still cannot met your own expectations. That’s what happened to me. I do understand that I have to love myself but sometimes I just cannot go with it as I always let down of myself and feel like I messed up everything I've done.
Still struggling and dealing with that too. The thing is, I always try my best at it.

Yes, indeed, it's a daily struggle, and it can be trying at times that you want to givr up. But at the same time, it's also a challenge that could keep you wanting to wake up every morning to dare and try to love yourself again.
and that makes life interesting.
