What is transaction anaysis?

a transaction is a process of buying and selling... i think if this process of buying and selling are analysed in depth then it is called transaction analysis

A transection occures when one party looses something and other party gains something.Thus analysing a transection means to see which party has gained and which has loosed.Also by what percent one has loosed and one has gained.Also what will be the effects because of the transection, short term and long term.Also could the transection be occured in some other method.Thus all such questions should be answered in analysing the transection.I think is is like transection analysis.
