Neither it's 2 hours or 10 hours, I'm always waking up tired

I've been struggling with sleep lately. Today, I sleep for 10 hours because lack of sleep yesterday and waking up tired. And because of that long sleep, now it seems like I can't sleep easily this night. It looks like a never ending circle. What should I do to stop it?

Get a blood test done. Maybe you need vitamins

You have to change the timings ,don't use smartphone atleast one hour before you sleep .listen music and drink milk smoothie with banana .it may helps to get sleep on time.

I suggest you have to set the hours of sleep well and will not exceed it, it might help you a little. And don't often play your phone when the time has started at night it will keep you awake and can't sleep. And don't forget one more thing to drink lots of water so that your body becomes fit.
