Talk about a person who was aboard the U S S Pennsylvania during the infamous day on December 7, 1941 in Pearl Harbor Hawaii who did survive that infamous day managed to use his talent as a musician to make our world a much better place. Frank Emond who resides in Cantonment Florida now can claim that he is the oldest person according to the Guinness World Record books is 103 years of age when he conducted the U S Air Force Band Airmen in Washington D. C, on Saturday evening. The event that Frank did his work conducting the band took place at the Omni Shoreham Hotel for the American Veteran Center's "American Valor: A Salute To Our Heroes." Frank joined the United States Navy as a musician at the time when the day of infamy happened. Too bad the news media does not cover these events like they do the terrible tragic events that happen at musical festivals.

Many reports should be covered instead of the silly stories we usually hear.

I agree with you since I would rather attend a show with a singer who is of a good reputation instead of a thug image.

Yeah but to be fair the bad stuff impacts our lives more than the good stuff I think you need both but you are right need more balance. Then maybe good stuff would impact our lives more over the bad.

That is what bothers me about the national news that they do not see the beauty of life.

I do not blame you since my late and his brothers were sent overseas to serve in the war for their adopted nation.
