The technician who knows the difference between - never mind - did a swell job. It was the RAM that was defective which he replaced but did not increase it as he shifted all heavy files onto an external memory. Had I resorted to this earlier I would not have had to delete all data which resulted in my losing money at noise cash. No issue anyway. I am not depending on that money for my survival. I take it as a learning experience.
