I am cooking rice now and what you see in the picture is washed rice and a scooper. I use that pink tiny cup as scooper for our rice. I usually make four scoops full of rice . I wash them first and put them in the rice cooker pot. I use this scooper to measure the water I will need to cook rice. Usually if its 4 scoops full of rice is to be cooked, it should be six scoops of water full for the water. After some minutes , you will have a soft, hot rice for eating.
