Since beef price is a little high these days in the market , mom bought pork meat instead. She requested that I cook pork steak with extra sour flavor of calamansi. And since we are 5 members in the family , I will cut these evenly and in proportion . Cooking pork steak just like adobo is so easy and the ingredients are just simple onion and garlic to sautè the meat, soy sauce for extra flavoring and the important ingredient calamansi juice to add extra flavor in the dish. It's simmering now and anytime it will be our eating time.
