I am not sure exactly but my nightmares are very vivid due to PTSD.

@Faster16 Post Traumatic Stress Disorder..it means when something bad happened to me many years ago, I sometimes relive the moment even awake. Not good.

@RebeccasFarm I once heard advice from a psychologist. He said the past should not be forgotten, but must be accepted, we must face it, and make peace with it.

I've heard of that and I think it's normal but I've never been able to control what goes on in my dreams. I wish I could learn how because I think that would be kinda cool.

@Faster16 I don't know if I would write down to much. Usually if a dream wakes me up it's because I had a nightmare. So I don't want to write about it.

@WomanWarrior1969 oh, if you have a bad dream, don't write it down if you are not mentally strong. Just write a beautiful dream
