Calamansi juice for cooking

These are freshly squeezedcalamansi juice that I used yesterday in cooking porksteak. I used up 15 pcs calamansi and squeezed the juice out of it to add flavor and tenderness to my pork steak. Calamansi's juice is good for marinating specially meat and chicken.
It also eradicates fishy smells and is also used in some beauty regimen. If you want to achieve flawless skin and face add up calamansi's juice to your honey before applying on your face and body for a gentler scrub.
Calamansi is also a helpful deodorizer for sweaty armpits and it can also lighten skin color. So dont forget your calamansi today !!

@iKONICNoona Strange, why do you ask if kalamansi is a fruit or a vegetable? are you testing me, or really want to ask? If you think about yourself if you look at this form of kalamansi, do you think it is a fruit or a vegetable?

I have tried marinating chicken in calamansi juice . The chicken meat is tender and tasty.
