It is said that the ideal blood pressure is 120/80. How many of us can achieve or maintain this.Sometimes the food we eat might raise our pressure too high or decrease it.For example using lots of garlic in cooking can bring your pressure very low. On the other hand eating foods high in sodium or with a lot of preservatives can increase your pressure Can you maintain the ideal blood pressure?

Well funny enough ideal blood pressure varies per person and race. But you're right in saying avoidance of sodium is good way to not make it sky rocket.

My blood pressure hit ideal the last time they took it. It's been in that range for a while now.
