Fixing Electronics recently

There has been some major renovations on the house. First the changing of outlets, and I happen to have the most dangerous ones that could set my room on fire. Then we started changing lights, like the one you see in the pictures.
Then yesterday a new connection for a possible electric stove. Electrician recommended La germania range. We also change some switches and exhaust fan in the kitchen.
Though my old exhaust fan was fixed months ago and restored on the ceiling a few days earlier, it shortcircuited yesterday. Now, I'm forced to have a replacement. Though they strongly recommended me to have a split type AC, not sure about it yet. Right now I need a new fan, and I'm getting cooked in my windowless room.

Nope not really. But I get to learn whats wrong with our connections lately other than it being too old that needs replacement. I'm happy though that most of them got replaced already.

Have you experience living in a room with out a window on it? I just can't use this room in the afternoon @Nawsheen

@Nawsheen But you have AC or exhaust fan right? It's oven in the afternoon. I sure appreciate a new exhaust or maybe a split type AC.

The bulbs had been replaced with this new one already @solidcodes
