in case of men grey hair in the beard is a botheration. Women can apply hair dye and make the skull hear black. Men have one option shave the beard

@sathviksouvik Shaving is better. I guess men and women have similar struggles with grey hairs.

@askme123 it is a mixture askme. I never maintained moustache or beard ever. But I shave on alternate days. In winter the beard becomes hard so I take hot water for shaving purpose.

@askme123 My hair does not turn gray. When I start to see the white I have to think about dying it to my natural color of brown. I did not know that some of the dying products are cancerous. Mine are not because I have been dying my hair for a long time now. I have stress and it will not go away because have lots to deal with and the lots cause me lots of stress.

@TheSojourner I dont want to get censored here. Based on the rules of the site I cannot make deflamatory comments against any specific individual, place or thing.Hence our discussions have be generalize and objective .We are free to make our own choices. My suggestion is to choose as much natural products as possible whether it be what you use on your body or what you eat..

My doctor advised me not to dye my hair due to some skin conditions. I don't have much gray hair as it is

If people like to dye their hair black using natural substances from plants they could always go with henna and pure indigo powder. Henna imparts a reddish brown color on hair while indigo is blue. Combined together they would turn hair shiny black. This is centuries old technique that I believe is safer than chemical substances. There are lots of videos on the internet that shows how it's done.

Rightly said. I agree. People do it as part of grooming themselves. Natural products are available for the use

i'm actually addicted to dying me hair it's going to get bad with age anyway so i'd better enjoy it now. tho i've never heared someone with gray hair having less gray hair because of a more healthy diet more sleep and less stress, i always thought it's genetic, like if you have grey hair then you have grey hair, there's no way around..

@askme123 that's actually a good point, I'm convinced, tho I wonder if his hair went back to being black or if the white just stopped spreading..
