Neora Valley Sanctuary in Lolegaon is situated at a height of around 7000 feet above sea level. As the entire place is full of birch and rhododendron trees there are rare species of animals found there including snow leopards, bears, giant panda and mountain deer. They are shy animals and dont come in the open so very rarely can be seen.

I cannot picture bears, giant panda and leopards being shy and do not come in the open so cannot be seen very rarely.

thanks Giant panda is a very shy animal. Bears and leopards come when they are hungry. In open forests they are not visible always

I did not know that a giant panda was a shy animal. That is interesting and learned something new about these animals. Thank you too and you are welcome.
