This the name that we have given to it in India. Its actually a dish from North India but one of my favourites.
Its made from spinach paste and pressed cottage cheese. Onion, garlic, ginger and some aromatic spices are used to bring a flavour to the dish.
You can spread some butter and coriander leaves as a topping.
I don't use butter as my elder son doesn't like it.
I love trying different dishes.

You can try and I bet you would like it. My elder son disliked paneer dishes when he was in Delhi, but he relishes palak paneer.

@aninditasen I am also eating it but in not too much, here in my area it is time of sarsoon ka sag, we are mixing it in sag.

I had that problem of uric acid but I am now with low uric acid and therefore enjoying the dish.
