Christmas Oranges: A Movie Review

Life is how you live it.
When one grows up in an orphanage, there's not much choice but to be family with everyone who dwells in it.
Such is the story of a beautiful girl named Rose whose baby crib was found at the doorstep of a kind and loving woman who cared for children with no parents. Since Rose came to the orphanage as an infant, she was treated much like the woman's own. Thus she grew up loved and happy.
However, the story was set at a time of war that brought about the influenza. Unfortunately, tragedy befalls the orphanage and Rose was sent far away to another orphanage where a mean man undertakes the discipline with an iron rod.
Consequently, the carefree teen that Rose was did receive punishment for her irrepressible desire to read a book from the master's library.
From that unfolds another story which this writer would leave for you to find out.
Again, this is my genre.

Yup, movies like this allow us to look at other people's lives whose existence are probably more miserable and yet they deliver goodness and happiness.
