Paksiw is a very delicious Filipino dish which means to cook or to simmer in vinegar. I made Milkfish stewed in vinegar for lunch yesterday and because I was busy with kpop stuff I forgot to share it with you. Dont worry I will share it now. The ingredients are just easy to find , milkfish belly whih can be bought in groceries and supermarkets. Vinegar, salt, garlic, onion, ginger, tomatoes and a little cooking oil. Its so easy to cook , all you have to do is to pour first the cooking oil in a pot , put the milkfish belly then followed by all the ingredients. Add vinegar, its up to you to adjust the servings of the vinegar according to your preferred taste then add a little water. Open the stove and put the pot containing all the ingredients and let it cook or simmer until the milkfish meat becomes white and vinegar is evenly mixed or dilluted in water. From time to time check the soup taste and adjust to your preferred sourness or taste. Simmer a little longer if you want it more tasteful . Easy andbest served hot and with fish sauce on the side. I included the picture when I was preparing the dish.

@Rashnag Cooking is fun activity too, it also develops your creativity specially in designing plating and table setting when the dish is about to be served.
