I wake up in the morning around 04.30 it has become my habit every day and before activities I always drink a cup of coffee and after that I exercise in the morning while enjoying the cool air
What activities do you do in the morning before work?

I pick up the cat litter box, feed the cats and give them clean water.

That's a good way to start your morning. I would wake up, freshen up and enjoy a cuppa too, while checking out the morning news.
