...or, at least, an Apple lover.
My husband isn't what you would call tech savey. It takes him a long time to learn how to do things, and he gets really agerivated. However, he's taken to the Iphone like a duck to water.
When we bought our van, we realized to get the most out of it, we would need an Iphone. At first, he was like 'I'd only use those things when I'm with you...' but after a couple of weeks, he was saying 'I want one'. Now it's been a couple months, and he's learning (and loving) new things about it.
I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks.

Yep. Today he decided to use the map and Apple carplay today (through my phone) but still.

I honestly didn't think I'd like mine. Thought they were a bit of a pain (and in the begining they kind of were), but I'm glad I got this one. And, happy my husband is happy with his. Even found a way around Apple's prices for charging bricks.

@kaylachan Yes, I agree, there was quite the learning curve.
Here you can buy a new phone for 0 down and they put it on your bill for 2 years.

Yep. I had my phone connected to the van, and I got a call. George thought that was neat, and asked me if he could do that with his.

Some of our kids have iPhones, but some have androids like us. I really don't want to learn a new operating system now.

I still love my Android. I still have it, and use it daily. However, I've turned my iPhone into my daily driver, because switching the sim card is a pain in the butt. And, it's easy to use IPhone. so.... no loss there.

My fiance is bad with technology, never even had a smartphone until 2018-2020. He's 31.

I grew up watching technology evolve into what it is, today. I'm 38, and being disabled kind of forced my hand. I had to adapt in order to do anything in this world. However, I'm thankful smartphones exist and they make life easier for me.

@kaylachan my grandmother is 80s and uses smartphones and laptops though doesn't understand them. My fiances 55 year old dad wont use any computer/laptop or smartphone. Not even regular phones. Hates technology.

I am so glad to hear this. Sounds like fun too for him.
Something similar..my son had never had a smartphone at all until a few months ago.
He is also still learning but doing better than me now.

We've always had Android, even if it was a different model. I had to teach him what he didn't know. So having the same OS helped.

Me, too. Apple products aren't cheep. And, there's no such thing as budget-friendly. So, I'm glad he's not getting agervated and being rough with it.

Apple products are indeed very tempting and anyone can be tempted by it.
