My walking exercise

            I completed my today's walking routine. 
It's an excellent walk. I walked 13,765 steps (morning & afternoon walk combined) for 9.65 kilometers with 478.15
calories burned.
Have you still continuing your daily walking exercise? How's your schedule?

                    I have not gone for outdoor walking in this month due to non stop irritating rain. But doing my indoor cardio on its schedule.

                            @Nakitakona i get up early for a 1 hour jog and manage 1 hour of walk just before bed so I can get tired and fall asleep.
