I really love green tea ice because it's so delicious. But many people said that i want to lose my weight, they think green tea is good for diet.
I'm 5'4ft / 48kg, no need to diet i already slim.
Do you think that green tea ice is just for diet person?

Yes, I've heard that drinking green tea helps you to lose a bit of weight. But the healthiest way is to exercise and sweat it out. You have a model's physique.

I agree with u. I usually dance to sweat, and it works with my body. I never got fat even thought i eat too much

@ninditaas diluted with water of course, sorry I forgot to mention that. We even add cucumber and mint to it to add flavor.
