Tell Me If This COuld Be Excema...

I have this scaley patch of skin on one of my elbows, its like extremely dry skin or somethin. it doesnt itch, and i have tried all kids of lotions and it wont go away at all. its ugly. does anyone know what this is or have u ever had the same thing? thanks for any info in advance : )

It could be psoriasis. My fiancee has it real bad on his back. His sister has it on her knees and elbows
