Grateful for the booster!

Received a call from the city health office this morning, I was scheduled for a booster shot noontime today.
I rushed, of course, and found out many have already received theirs, for they were on egress from the convention center, a more conducive vaccination site.
Our mayor was there and he delivered a fifteen minute pep talk about the state of the city's conquering the pandemic.
I suppose so. The citizens of my city are actually very disciplined. We obey the city health's advice at all times.
Am truly grateful.

Nice that you have taken the booster shot. I think that would add a layer of protection for you. I am still waiting for the right time since they say I should let the 6 mos. pass before I avail of the booster. So I think we will be good next year since we had our 2nd dose last July.

Communicate with the city health office. They have the records and you don't have to make an appointment. You are due to have the booster December. The immunization setting is a lot better than the first dose where crowds and walk-ins were panicking. Now, they know if you are due for the vaccine.

@eileenleyva I will check maybe next year as my due date is Dec 29 which is a bit too close to the holidays already besides I am not around since I am bound for Bicol to enjoy a vacation with my father.

My left arm did feel heavy last night. I simply applied cold compress as advised. Feels better now.
