New Zealand fought hard to draw the test against India in Kanpur.

The Kanpur test ended in a draw. India took 9 wickets of New Zealand in the last day. There was still 140 runs to get from New Zealand. Bad light stopped play. So New Zealand fought hard to sustain the spin attack of Ashwin, Jadeja and Axar Patel. Shreyas Iyer the batsman with century and half century in the 2 innings was adjudged the man of the match.
