I worked at a job that was 60 hours per week for 5 months out of the year. It was hard to work those hours; but the pay was good.

@LindaOHio,if there is one day off work each week,then it showed you work 10hours on average each day,that's really hard work.

People who are overworked are also more prone to develop anxiety.. so always give time for yourself..

If i met this circumstance,definitely i will say no to burden.overall,i was a employee,not the owner of company,it isn't worh dedicating all my energy and time.In case you often burn out at a company,i think better to change a job.

In my opinion you just need some rest and then play your favorite game for a few hours. as for total recover, maybe a day off might work.
